Attempted to go to Rascal Flatts 9/12/08. Saw one officer providing traffic control between 676 & the venue. All he could do was direct traffic away from the venue in an attempt to get cars moving. Streets were in total grid lock. Did not arrive until 10:00 PM and the concert started at 8:00 PM. When we did get to the gate there were very few people waiting to get in?????. Turns out the theatre was packed including the grassy area with the roads still in grid lock with people attempting to get there. It appears that the concert over sold tickets to get the $$$$$. Many people never made it in and there is no refund on the tickets. This will be my last time heading over to Camden for a concert. Don't waste your time and hard earned money on a mismanaged venue and city that can't handle or doesn't care about bringing in revenue.
