Going to Demetrios in Bellevue was a nightmare. I had read both the good reviews and bad ones and decided to give it a shot. I first went back in April. I was newly engaged and was hoping to narrow down some gowns to my style, since i had never before put a bridal dress on. My consultant was extremely unprofessional, which was a huge let down. She looked like she has just rolled over out of bed. Her hair was a wierd color orange/red, obviously not brushed or washed, and she wore old beat up slip on shoes. My impression was that she would say anything to get me to buy a gown. The manager was also trying to help my sister and I find some dresses, but was more busy looking in the mirror at her own reflection, and then when i walked past her office, she was sitting in there painting her finger nails. I thought this day was supposed to be about me, but i felt more like the employees were just trying to do as little as possible to help. Maybe it was because it was my first time, and they didnt think i would purchase. Who knows. This experience was not what I had hoped.
