The service I received when trying to buy some food was less than stellar. I asked to see a manager, which took too long, and when he arrived I explained the situation. He seemed less than concerned. When I told him that is was sad that the Osio could possibly be loosing a regular customer, his comment was ""I'm not!"". Interesting response. If customer service is not an issue to you, keep using this theater. If it is, you might consider looking around. more
