After years of people telling me how great this place was, I decided to head down to Fairmount to get new tires for my 2002 Nissan Maxima SE. After comparing prices from several locations, Fairmount had the best prices by far. The staff was courteous and even cleaned off some hard-to-remove gunk that the old tires left on my rims (for a small tip, of course). One of my buddies has an uncle who owns a tire shop and he told me that his uncle buys many of his tires at Fairmount and resells them at a higher price. Much like a previous reviewer, I also met a couple of people who came from way out of town to get their tires here. I will never purchase tires anywhere else!\r

The only negative? The long-lines you will encounter if you attempt to have your car serviced during the weekend. I went on a Wednesday and it still took a considerable amount of time to get my tires replaced. I've seen the weekend line and can honestly say that you may as well bring a sleeping bag if you intend to wait it out.\r

Avoid the weekends and it'll be nothing but smiles.
Pros: Great variety, GREAT PRICES!
Cons: Wait time due to amount of customers. Nightmarish weekend lines.
