After being a patient of Dr Raymond's for 4 years and not needing anything beyond the routine quickie check-up and x-rays, the day came we needed a small procedure for my 7 year old. Dr. Raymond did not explain anything to us, walked in the door behind my daughter and started to put a mask on her face - she didn't even know he was there. When she sprang up from the table in surprise, he told her "if she didn't want his help then there is the door". He continued to be rude to both her and I the entire time we were there. Needless to say, we will never go back.
