I had 4 suits and a couple pairs of paints to be taken in. The staff at Carol's did a great job fitting me and taking special requests. They also were fast and threw in complimentary dry cleaning. This service doesn't come cheap, but I'm fine with paying for a good thing. You can trust your best clothes with Carol - I won't go anywhere else.
Pros: Personal service, quick service, high-quality alterations, special requests taken, they seem genuinely appreciative of your business
Cons: Not cheap, but I still consider it a good value for what you get
