This is my experience. I sent in a price request from their website (I read this is a good way to get a low price). The salesman responded to me within only a few minutes. I had done all my research on Edmunds.com and I knew all the pricing and offers. They were actually lower than what I had expected. Dan had the car pulled up when we arrived and we drove home in it that evening. The whole thing took about 2 hours. I liked buying a car this way much better. I would recommend buying from them and I love my new Civic. This is my first Honda and I recommend the Civic for anyone looking for a sporty commuter car.

I have bought two cars in the past 6 years from Thoroughbred Ford and I've also recommended my own sister to them. Every time we've used George O'Sullivan to sell us our cars. He is so nice and does everything he can for you! The financing department can work miracles! We have gotten great deals from Thoroughbred!

I think the sales personnel at Jay Wolfe Nissan is not as professional or nice as the staff at Jay Wolfe Toyota. The Nissan people have an attitude and they take it personally if you do not buy from them. Need to watch who you deal with.

I have my car regularly serviced at this dealership in Raytown, and find it to be a pleasant and prompt experience every time. The service department is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. They will even wash your car for free if you ask. Prices are average. They run about what you would expect for a dealership, not any more or less expensive than others. But, for that price you get phenomenal quick service with a smile, something that you can't find at a lot of quick lubes.

I recently purchased a Honda Pilot and my experience at this dealership was outstanding. I found the auto on line. the website was great and easy to navigate. Really dreading to go into negotiate for the car. It was a very easy and non-stressful deal. They gave me very reasonable trade-in too. Will recommend to friends and family.

We liked this place. They gave a fair price - you knew what the price was from the beginning. We were not trading, so do not know if they pull the haggle dealing with a trade. We ended up with a Toyota, but had a good experience with this dealership.

We bought a car at Northtowne Mitsubishi and they were very friendly and helpful. Its often hard to find a dealership that treats women properly and they were, in my opinion, a step above the rest. Even the guys in the service center were great. They even came back to the waiting area to update me on my car.
