I have the priviledge of staying at the Hyatt at Crown Center each June for a month with my delegation for SkillsUSA. Each time, we have been treated very well. Christelle in Catering and Sales is a pleasure to work with.
The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. Each night my room had a turn-down service with mints left on my pillow. 5 Stars to the staff at the Hyatt.
In addition, the Hyatt is connected to the Hallmark Crown Center shopping mall. Plenty of eating, shopping and entertainment to be had there.

I snaged a great deal on a room and loved every minute of it. The hotel seemed pretty empty and the front desk staff very helpful. Adressing me as Ms. almost like I was a princess. The bed was SO comfortable and the room was exqusite! It was too bad I could only stay one night. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a nice hotel to relax and get away.
Pros: Fluffy pillows and great feel.
Cons: Maid came at 8:15!

My wife and I enjoyed our selves when we have a weekend out together. Room service was very nice and helpful when we ordered something to eat. The front desk staff very helpful as well and the room itself was heavenly. The price for the room was affordable. I would highly recommend that you try the Sheraton as a weekend get away.

Loved this place. In a residential neighborhood, bordering on the Plaza. Great shopping nearby. On a large hill, so plan to drive (2 blocks) or be prepared to walk up a steep hill to get home. Well-known chain restaurants are nearby (Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang) and lots of national stores (Gap, etc.). Close to the zoo and Science City. Parking is underground in a parking garage. Ample parking eventhough we were there during the week.....and this is a business hotel. Friendly, professional staff ready to help with nearly anything. They're ready with directions to nearly anywhere! Breakfast is excellent. Check out the unusual pool.

I love seeing the Chippendales when they come since it always makes me feel good. My favorite skits are Cowboy and Hero! The guys are so sweet and so easy on the eyes. Ladies you can't miss them when they come to Harrah's!

Stayed there for our honeymoon. Went back for 1st anniversary. Loved the intimate accommodations - quiet, private. Especially nice made-to-order breakfast with great service. Only thing missing is the fresh-squeezed orange juice we enjoyed during our first visit. Baileys in the room a nice touch.

We had a very good time. The expectations were high with the price, but the room was clean if a little on the small side, but the atmosphere was great. The staff was very accommodating and overall it was an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay there again.
