Union Bank staff is very friendly and helpful. I have used both Northland branches--one at Englewood and Broadway and the other at 152 and N. Oak and both have friendly staff. Drive thru hours are convenient, but lobby hours are less customer friendly, typical in the banking industry. However, staff is always very helpful. Services are customer-friendly and fees are reasonable. They now have free bill pay!

James B. Nutter, strange name, great mortgage company. Nutter is a no nonsense mortgage company. They don't charge ANY closing fees, are headquartered, and have their only office, in KC, and keep good old fashion Heartland values. We got an excellent rate on our mortgage, the staff was easy going and easy to deal with, and offer their services to people outside KC, too. You won't find a better deal anywhere else.

Their rates are reasonable, the hours accommodate your work schedule and they are friendly. Unlike some law firms, the attorney returns your telephone calls and your emails and gives you sound advice. I would highly recommend this firm.

This agent is great to work with. Him and his staff are very accommodating. I have always had great service when I have went in there and they were very quick to get things changed around when I got married and such. When I have questions I send them an e-mail and they are very quick to respond and can always provide me an answer. I have been with them for many years and wouldn't change.

Used the criminal attorney for taking care of a traffic ticket. Very professional. He kept me informed on what was going on and was very quick to get the receipt in the mail after he had it taken care of. Competively priced for speeding tickets. They also take care of many other things including, personal injury, workers compensation, labor law, etc. I would be quick to hire them for any service they provide.
