Carol is AMAZING! 2/18/2006

So, the shop closes at 6pm and at literally 5:50 I hurry in with a dress, two pairs of jeans, and some slacks requesting alterations, if possible. I was half joking since they were closing in 10 minutes, but Carol smiled and said no problem. Sure enough, in just a few minutes my garments were ready to go and the price was less than I pay to wait a week for alterations. The quality of the work is superb and all the employees are super nice. more

Best Little Alteration Shop 8/19/2005

Carol's has been part of my weekly stops. I go there for the best dry cleaning, and expert alterations. They are very reasonable on their prices and do the best job on my dry-cleaning and any alterations that I need. They are reliable, dependable, and super fast. Conveniently located in the River Oaks Plaza in Houston, with ample parking and stays open late. more
