Super ""sales"" experience from my end. My research had been limited to online stuff, but seeing diamonds in person and being shown the pricing structure and how certain specs correlate with price.... WOW. Big difference. they took copious notes on my preferences and said ""stand by"" while they scoured their network of dealers and importers for the perfect stone. And they found it!! They shipped the thing in from Israel... just for me!!! Untouchable prices, untouchable personal attention. I was introduced to them through the Nejex network, but was then given personal contact info... was liking have a personal diamond broker.
