I'm sorry this place is awful. The creatures are terrible tthe cubboards look like they are moving.The pipes broke they came in broke holes in the walls left them so water ran down on everything. When you try to call them to pay rent or other situations no one will pick up the phone. If you leave a message they will not return your call. The illegal imagrants are a terrible problem they are always standing outside harassing the women, noise is terrible. There is suppose to protection but there is not. As a whole it is awful, very unsafe. It might be cheaper then alot of places but as you can see its because you are livin down in the hood. Now as I write this I 'm not allowed to write the name of the crawly things that are everywhere.
