As a small non-profit company, we were using a local technician that would come by when we had a problem to save a few dollars. The service was decent but when our server crashed, we were down for three days. The data loss we encountered due to the back-up not running properly was monumental and required a temp to re-enter accounting and database files.
Pros: Not question is too small. Anyone in our organization can call our techies!
Cons: Sometimes we have to leave a message for a call back. The most we have waited for a return call is 20 minutes.
