Well, I have used Lady Liberty only once so far, and overall it was a good customer experience. I called the day before for a 1:30 pickup to the Airport. Around 1pm, dispatch called and stated the driver would arrive around 1:40pm, which he did. The ride was a typical van ride, and the driver was polite. What more could I asked for the price of $10. I did give a tip and I was off. But, I will call them again and recommed to others until the customer experience changes.
