I don't even know where to begin. We were told our repairs would take 2-3 days and after not hearing anything from them 7 days later we decided to call..they informed us work had not yet begun on our car because they couldn't get info from our insurance. Had they called we could have provided them with the information. We then dealt with the manager who said he would get everything done since we were leaving town for good in 2 days. He said that he set everything up to be repaired then left the country and failed to mention that the work would not be completed before our departure from Houston. We have had to change our flights as well as car shipments because this 2-3 day job has now taken over 10 days!!
Pros: nothing good
Cons: terrible service, dishonest employees
