I've been an Origami veteran since I can remember and it is the one place I can go any day of the week & still find fresh fish.  Staff is usually unorganized, but friendly.  Sushi chefs are a bit stiff and slightly arrogant, so don't expect much friendly conversation with the exception of a few.  This is typical Japanese, I would say, work first, talk later.  This is probably why their sashimi is always top notch in MN.  Much appreciation to the chefs and Ichi-san for sticking to quality.  I think all they need is better staff training and a few more smiles from the chefs and there would be no more complaints.  Love ya!
