Stopped in here for the first time last Saturday night on the way to the Winter Carnival Parade. As I stood at the bar with very few customers, I found it humorous to be kept waiting while the bartender chatted up the waitress staff. Finally he noticed me and I ordered a rail Whiskey Coke. I was much more surprised when he charged me $4.75, I made a comment, and he said that I was ""Downtown"" now. As I sipped the drink it was hard to tell if there was any whiskey in it at all. When my drink was empty, I waited to talk to the bartender but he was once again busy with the wait staff so I left.
