We were in immediate need of some patio furniture. They had some sale items available on the floor, but they said we had to special order the cushions instead of selling them with the cushions on them. I don't know what good the cushions are going to do them when they have sold the furniture that it goes with...but they wouldn't, so they lost our business. In a bad economy, they already had the items on sale, and they lost the deal over a cushion. Dumb.
