Our dog was scheduled to receive for a simple vaccination that didn't require an exam so the appoitment should have taken only a few minutes. At 8:00am, it was 35 degrees outside and the dog was in a crate in the back of the truck. We were running about 10 minutes late due to the railroad crossing signal over FM 1626 malfunctioning, and at 8 am and traffic was really backed up. When I called to let them know, we were told that the Dr. would not see us. There was no attempt made to try and work us in and we were told to come back late that afternoon. This was quite an inconvenience for us and we were upset by the insensitivity of this vet. We will be switching to another vet immediately!
