Dear Friends: During my employment at Tampa General Hospital I sustained 2 injuries on 2 separate occaisions, was denied medical attention, slandered, terminated, black balled, and I have been stalked and harassed by cops and the presiding judge jenkins on my workers comp. case. On 10/12/2000, I was intentionally stuck with a bloody contaminated needle by carmen laguer,PCT. I reported members of the 6C1 nursing team for physically abusing patients. TGH employee health dept./ Dr. Grove. Gave me experimental AIDS medication by . I became ill and went to TGH's E.R. for treatment (the even billed me). On 11/10/2000, Janet refused to help me/ patient who is paralyzed from the waiste down. He hooked me around the neck me around with one arm and around the waiste with the other throwing me over a shower guard rail and then the foor. Janet Keck was the charge nurse During both of these occaisions. I refused to falsifty the incident report about the patients duration on the bathroom floor-- so she deleted. the nurse responsible for over medicating him, did not document his charts. In December I was out sick for 4 days and was terminated January 4, 2001. I reported a respiratory therapist, a patient care technician, and several members of the 6C1 nursing team for employee misconduct, patient neglect and Patient abuse (Both verbally and physically). Dixie Bennett (a L.P.N. at that time) Boasted she had no concern for the consenquences for her actions because she has members of the judiciary in her family, is related/acquainted with members of law enforcement, has dated Frank Verdi, an attorney. Dixie bennett L.P.N.,Theresa Wade R.N., Janet Keck R.N.,Carmen Laguer P.C.T, merredith carro, and Lori desmond all conspired to have me terminated--based on false allegations. I totaled my Honda on 09/19/2007 and was taken to ST. Josephs Hospital. Dixie Bennett is currently employed there. i was abused by members of the E.R. because of reporting her at TGH. --Kimberly Oglesby
