I recently visited Farragut Cleaners for the first and last time! The counter staff is extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. The item that I needed cleaned came back looking exactly the same with no apology ........and I had to pay $20.00 for it. It would have been easier to throw it away and buy a new one (it costs $30 new). The "person" at the counter did not offer to re-clean it or refund my money; and when I asked to speak to a manager "she" refused. Don't lose your money too, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
