The best ad a person can give me is when they show their services on themselves (i.e. a hairdresser with great hair, etc.). The owner's (Claudia) skin was glowing and dewy like she just came from the Austrian Alps. Very friendly (and chatty) and knowledgeable about my skin, and what I was doing wrong and right. I loved the fact she was knowledgeable about skin tones of all complexions and that she didn?t try to shove sell me products at the end of our session. She merely gave me a WHOLE bunch of samples (about 8 to be exact) of things I could try, to see which worked and then decide on what I'd like to buy. I must warn you though, her extractions are a killer! But where I usually have scabs and bruising the next day due to the exactions from other people, I didn?t have from her. You can tell she loves doing what she does. The spa is cozy and very comfortable. Pricy but worth it.
