I've become disenchanted since they've lost my pick-up appointments twice in the last month, leaving me waiting for them to pickup. When I call they are so very unconcerned and I need to reschedule because they forgot to put my name on the roster...again.
Pros: Good job cleaning and folding; nice/kind delivery guys
Cons: Staff doing scheduling are inept
