All I can say is ""wow"" and that is not a good wow. This is a place I will definitely not return to. The karaoke setup is great, but if you ""bump"" into the wrong person, be ready to experience some drama. The sad thing is that the staff became involved with all of the goings on and not in a good way. It seems the bar is filled mostly with regulars, and there are groups that are extremely polarized. I've never written a review before but felt compelled to after the experience last night. It was my second visit to Jumps, and I wanted to have a beer and sing. Somehow I ended up in the crossfire of people yelling and threatening each other and that included staff members. I'm still in disbelief over what I witnessed. I accept that there are sometimes bar fights since people are often drinking heavily, but I did not feel safe. As a woman, I would like to know that if something like that happens, that you can add least count on the staff to help control the situation instead of propagating it.
