If you are thinking of buying a home that uses NW Community managment, buy somewhere else. These people are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with, they do NOT call back, they do NOT make themselves available to phone calls, and they take weeks and weeks to make basic decisions. We tried to repaint our home, sent the necessary paperwork in, it sat on a desk with the person in charge of this for 3 months (meanwhile we're calling every 3 days) and nothing. I finally painted my house anyway and nobody was the wiser.
