I am a Connecticut Yankee as well as a recent Bostonian and I was worried when my husband's company relocated us to Raleigh about if we would ever find good pizza again. Luckily, there is Amante Pizza. The crust is nice and crisp and the ingredients are so fresh it is like they were plucked from the ground/ tree/ branch just a few minutes ago. The sauce was just right and their cheese blend is perfect. I highly recommend trying the Greek pizza. Now that I have my pizza, warm weather and the smiling faces of all the happy southerners around me, I truly feel nothing could be finer than to be in Carolina!
