Eva's has lots of cheap dresses. But you can get that at a lot of places. Unfortunately, the customer service and accountability are non-existent. I had many problems leading up to my wedding with my dress and veil and each time I mentioned a problem, the person I was talking to merely blamed someone else (or the management, because there was no manager to speak with, ever). The operation is too big, and the staff, such as seemstresses, are completely overworked and overbooked.
