The prices are average to above average. I have a problem with a stylist charging higher prices for some clients for no reason. If you change from one stylist to another be ready to get attitude. The staff does average to above average work & the better they ""think"" they are the less friendly they are. Be ready to be put on hold when you call, I don't think I ever called when that didn't happen. Last but not least, the shampoo girls always ask ""Do you want 1 wash or 2?"" I never go anywhere where they ask that. You are paying to be pampered, of course 2!!!
Pros: Parking lot, a few stylists are up to the minute with their cuts & styling, friendly front desk
Cons: Prices not listed on receipts, attitude when you change from one stylist to another, a few of the shampoo girls could be more accomadating
