I recently had lunch at Twin Sister's Restaurant. My caeser salad had a very bitter, unpleasant taste to it. I do not usually complain about food at a restaurant, but this time was an exception. I icourteously nformed the waitress of the taste. She offered no options i(i.e. bringing another salad). I then told the woman at the cash register at the time of payment. She was not courteous, did not offer any solution, and only said that she would ""go taste it"" in the kitchen. Whatever happened to the customer being important? I was greatly disappointed and will not plan on eating there again. Service is just as important as the food; in this case, neither passed. more
