I purchased a gown off the rack at Sterling's (needed something in less than one week). They had a large selection of gowns there (and anything else can be ordered in your size, time permitting). My saleswoman, Sylvia, was extremely helpful without being pushy. I bought the perfect dress on a Sunday and told them I needed it by Saturday of the same week. They had it altered, pressed and ready to go on MONDAY (24-hours later). The seamstress took my gown home with her to alter it so that I could have it in time! The alterations were absolutely perfect.
Prices ran the gamut. There were several sales racks for the bargain hunters (with some couture gowns up to 1/2 off) as well as full priced items. The lines included Tadashi, Montage for Mon Cheri and Jovani.
The selection is huge and the service is first rate.
