They have a wonderful selection of furniture, appliances, and mattresses to choose from & have fairly good sale prices. Since we had our house built, this was the store our builder went thru to get our appliances. When we decided to get furniture, we decided to go with them again. Well, we ended up buying a chair & having to order a matching chair from them & it had to be shipped from Italy. It was going to take 6 months...not a problem. Well, when the chair arrived, it was the wrong one (style, not color)!! It seems that the tags were mixed up on the chairs when the numbers were taken off to place the order. It was going to take another 6 months to get the matching chair, but ended up only taking a few months. After a lot of negotiating, they finally fixed the problem, but it was such a pain to have to wait yet again!
