Upon trying to schedule an appraisal for my 700 square foot apartment, the manager did not want to hear the size of my apartment, or the areas which needed to be cleaned (just the bathroom and kitchen, plus dusting). When he heard that it was a one-time cleaning, he informed me that the cost was $160 -- more than any of the other 5 places I'd called (including a natural cleaning product service), and refused to refer anyone else based on the criteria I mentioned following his price. This service is NOT recommended for small apartments/small cleaning jobs!
