I recently had a problem with my contacts and saw my eye doctor who referred me to the Wooster Eye Center Contact Lens Department. I received amazing customer service! I explained my problem and felt like I was really being listened to. I was given several possible explanations with possible solutions to try. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is or is not having problems.
