Coyote Cafe is a small unassuming Mexican restaurant in Hamburg that is quite good for this area, especially in a town where it is very difficult even to get a half-way decent taco! (No, Mighty Taco simply doesn't cut it!)
Coyote Cafe has good tacos. They have excellent enchiladas, too. You can get tamales that are wonderful. And, if an entree says it is hot and spicy, believe it - even if you are from the south and know most places don't have a clue. This, more than any other place in town, is the real deal.
