I nervously tried John Frieda because I thought they had a good reputation and I needed to find a new salon in the city. However, I was very disappointed with my experience and even more diappointed with my haircut. The atmosphere was busy and the setting was dirty and unprofessional. As they cut my hair, hair fell all over my purse and myself. And for the cut, the stylist did not listen to what I wanted and made me very upset. I would not go back or recommend this salon to anyone.
