I recommend this bank to people for the convenient hours and friendly service. In addition, they do not have any of those fees associated with other banks. For example online banking is a free service. Also one time we miscalculated our account. As a result, we bounced five checks and would have normally been charged $125 in fees. I went in and explained the situation and all the fees were waived. I have since been a very loyal customer.
