I traveled with my mom and my bridal party of 6 to this store which was 2 hours away. They had me written in the book for the following weekend - which was their mistake - so the consultant who they scheduled me with said she lived an hour away from there and wasn't there. They would not give me any other consultant so we had to wait for her, Gail was her name. I arrived prepared with style numbers from the internet and when I gave her the numbers she said "oh we do not have the style numbers on the dresses so I do not know which ones they are." She said they didn't even have internet access to look up which ones they were! ALL of the labels in EVERY dress -bridesmaids and wedding- were cut out of the dresses. They only had one gown or dress in one color and one size only. One of my girls were a size 16 and all they had in some dresses were a size 6 so she couldn't even try the dresses on. They had one gown in the entire store that was a size 16. The consultant was rude, rolled her eyes at everything, had rude remarks to say under her breath, and didn't even want to size me or my girls until I asked her to. It was so uncomfortable there and the staff was miserable and mean. I have a friend who owned a bridal shop and she said that Bridal town is known for being sued because they take your money, order your dress, and then the wrong dress comes in. They said it takes 6 months to order the dress! I ended up going back to David's Bridal and found an affordable dress of good quality and GREAT service. I DO NOT recommend going to Bridal town. They treat you like dirt and talk about you behind your back and are VERY unwilling to reduce the prices or make deals. They tell you that you look good in ANY dress just to make a sale. DO NOT GO HERE! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
