Purchased a package as a gift to my daughter. Upon leaving, I asked for something to put in her card as it was a gift. The clerk started to give me a business card but another girl found a real "gift card" and handed it to me to fill out for my card. I was told we didn't need a gift card, and had purchased packages at Christmas that never required an actual card either. Manager would not honor the package which was entered under my daughter's name with the package purchased since she did not have a gift card to present. I threw it away, since I was told it was unnecessary! Manager was extremely rude to my daughter and me as well. I gave them the date of the purchase and canceled check and asked for my money back. Rather than do the right thing, he berated me for "losing" the gift card and told me he was done! LOTS of choices in tanning salons. I agree with previous comments. Poorly run, rude and unprofessional. Choose another salon!
