We buy cars infrequently and this one was easier than some. The salesman was an automobile enthusiast and was more knowledgeable than any other sales people we delt with on out quest for this car. You do have to be willing to play the "car game" and wait for the inevitable negtiation phase. That said, the real joy was how the car was prepared for us. We asked that hte car be cleaned and that a scratch be removed from the bumper. The preparation was superb. On their own, they replaced the brakes, various bulbs that apparently were out and cleaned the interior and exterior as if readying it for a show. A delay in delivery of a day was necessary to remove an aftermarket thint film that wouldn't pass a state inspection. We were in the dark about such a requirement and removal was no easy task. Full gas tank was provided and we were ready to go.
