If anyone switches dental insurance and uses Mason & Chamberlain Family
Dentistry in Lafayette they need to check with their new provider, NOT with M&C and make sure they are in network. When we switched i called and asked M&C if the new insurance company was in network & they said yes. They werent now i owe $300+..
I should have checked with my insurance instead of them. I really liked them & cant believe this has happend. I would hate to see it happen to others
