My wife and I have been shopping for a pool and a jacuzzi for well over a year. I myself don't like to shop around much , it takes too much time, but my wife is a shopping fool.
We wanted something fun in our backyard that our kids could enjoy with there friends. I like the idea because they would want to hang out at our house. So we shopped til we dropped. Watson's now Family Leisure is actually been in business longer and had a better BBB reputation than the other places we shopped. However, it was the last place we went because my wife read some bad reviews online.
What a nice suprise when we met our salesman John. He spent at least an hour with us on three or four occasions over 2 months. He explained everything, I mean everything.
The other places didn't want to talk to us unless we were buying that day. I've never posted a review before but Watson's Family Leisure is the only place I would refer. They were just real people who didn't make us feel like we were not worth their time. We had a couple of minor problems with the pool at first but they came out the next day and fixed it.
