The sales associates will tell you anything to get you to place an order. Our furniture was 4 weeks late and the only communication we had with Karls was if we picked up the phone to check the status. In addition to the furniture being late the order was shipped incomplete. It is a shame that they are the only retailer around who carries such a varied collection of childrens furniture. My advice would be to use them as a place to research all of the different lines of furniture that are out there and find a different retailer to purchase from. more
