Good: The laundry situation is the only good thing.. Bad: The maintenance people take forever to do something. The package office/rent office people are miserable, rude, and not helpful at all. Also, they did nothing about our mice problem.. Improvements: I think they need a new staff of people who actually have social skills.. Other: I would not live here if I could go back and choose to live somewhere else..
