I believe the food server in the Landing restaurant name is Kathy. She waited on us each morning of our stay. She was always attentive, pleasant and helpful… never making us fell rushed. And on the second day of our stay she went out of her way to help one of the members of our party who accidently spilled bluebery juice on her slacks. Kathy offered several solutions and brought club soda and napkins to try and clean this... when that did not work she went to her purse and returned with her own Tide stick (Maybe the restaurant should keep one on hand for future mishaps.) The Tide stick did the trick and the stain was removed. It was the quick thinking and the generousity of this individual that help advert permanent damage to my friends slacks and made us all determined that if we are in the area again that we would stay at your hotel. I would also like to bring to your atention your front desk staff. In particular Tien. She was extremely knowledgable about your city and helped us find places to visit and excellent eateries while we were out and about. When we had questions about our checkin, she provided the answers in a professional pleasant manner and she definitely exceeded our expectations of front desk staff. I applaud the individual(s) who hire the staff at this hotel/restaurant. you have truely selected the 'cream of the crop'. Because of the staff alone we would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant stay. more
