Good: Large store... Many choices. Bad: My missing video camera .... Improvements: Replacement of the camera.Wont happen though.I waited more than 3 days to open the package....The box had been taped up. When i asked B and H about it, they said that they check the stock to be sure the item is in there... thats why it had been taped up... but the camera was gone. the booklet, chords and other stuff was there but no video camera.Very disappointed in B and H.. They made me feel like a criminal.I will never purchase from them... ever...700 bucks down the drain.. Other: PLEASE PLEASE please check that your items are actually in the box BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE... otherwise.. it'll be impossible to prove that the store is responsible.They'll speak with you over the phone, gather information, and then that will be it.And make sure you open your package before the 3 days return policy.. or that'll be it... Im hoping who ever is stealing at the store is gone by now...or caught. I hope no one else goes through this....
