I too have had an atrocious experience renting from this company. They don't give a hoot about their tenants and they don't give a damn about problems in their buildings. Frequently there has been no hot water, no heat, no electricity and the manager, Brooks Porter, is an absolute buffoon. And a lazy one at that!
