Worst company I've ever dealt with. They aren't even good liars. My 47" Samsung is there a month now. "Parts came in today and repair will be asigned to a tech." Exact line I was told 3 weeks ago. Been bounced back and forth between Sam's Club Warranty Company and Elwin. No end in sight.
