Garage door wouldn't open due to broken spring. They fixed it and did it the same day. My thanks to Sammy for the fix.

I would not do business with this company. They installed a new garage door and 35 days later, it broke while closing. They sent a tech out to inspect and he stated that the door ...

Buyer Beware 1/14/2014

I would not do business with this company. They installed a new garage door and 35 days later, it broke while closing. They sent a tech out to inspect and he stated that the door was not properly installed and he would be speaking to a supervisor. We did get a follow up call and the supervisor blamed us for the door breaking when the report from there Tech clearly states install error, based on the door sticking at the bottom. We had to dispute the charge on the credit card and have a new company to replace the door. Do not use this group, BUYER BEWARE!!! more

Not in Johnstown 8/10/2012

I called due to a broken spring, they were very nice over the phone. I set up an appointment, they even asked if I had a coupon. I took the day off only to get a call form the dispatcher informing me that they don't service this area. My question is Why did you set up the appointment in the first place. Thanks for wasting my day off. more

This company was quick to provide a free estimate and charge us $860.00 for installing the new garage door. But, when their installer failed to properly adjust the door opener with the new door, resulting in straining the motor, overheating the motor, and a malfunction of the door, they refused to back their warranty within 2 weeks of installation. They made us troubleshoot it from 1000 miles away with the person living at the property. We had to pay another service person $75.00 to diagnose (which was easy) and fix/adjust the door opening mechanism (also an easy fix). We asked the company for reimbursement of this charge, and they refused. You wouldn't want to hire a company that has inept installers and doesn't honor its warranty. more

Use this company for garage door repair 5/11/2010

My daughter had bumped into our door/rail and knocked some of the rollers out of place. I know that this cant be properly diagnosed over the phone since they need to see it. I was holding my breath until I heard the estimate thinking now theyve come out and they will kill me with the quote. I was very pleasantly surprised. Although they gave me the options and prices to replace the whole door I cant afford to do that right now. They instead got things back up and running for me for a reasonable price of $175 which included the service call. The door was pretty banged up and didnt close properly. The rollers were off and things were bent including the safety laser beams. Im really glad that they were able to fix my problem and understood that I couldnt afford much else right now. When I do get a new door I will certainly go with this company. Thank you. more
