The Downtown Y has moved to an all newly remodeled building (418 S Main St) that also houses luxury lofts and no longer has 'residents' as the previous building did. No kid programs at this branch but if you're an adult looking for a nice clean updated place to workout downtown, this is the only place to go! more

Kinda a seedy gym 8/1/2005

If you're looking for a place to work out, there are other gyms. This is the only YMCA with Residencey in Tulsa... unfortunately, that means that it doesn't always attract the most desirable people. I certainally wouldn't use the showers... they're disgusting. Although the equipment is kept in fairly good working order. If you're looking for a downtown gym, try the Powerhouse gym. It's newer, cleaner, and closer to most office buildings. more
