I'm a real estate investor with 25 properties, and we've used Keller Williams for our last 4 investments, and plan to continue to use them. They've been amazing.
Two agents to point out in particular - Cynthia Dillingham and Ryan Dodson.
Both specialize in investments - Cynthia does a lot of Forclosure listings, Ryan (yes, we're related) does both Forclosures, Rental Property, and "signfigantly undervalued" property.
Everyone at Keller Williams works hard for their customers. I don't have anyone to recomend for buying a personal home, but if you're looking for investments, Keller Williams is the way to go.

McGraw Davison Stewart is the biggest realtor company in Tulsa... and they have some good realtors....

McGraw Davison Stewart is the biggest realtor company in Tulsa... and they have some good realtors. But out of all the realtors I've worked with (and there are a lot, we have 25 rentals), I haven't really found any that made me go "wow".
They're all qualified, but no one really went above and beyond for me. Two of them were willing to do "shady" under the table dealings to make sure the deal went thru and they got their comission.
If you know a good realtor at McGraw, hats off to you. But from what I've seen of their sales team, "Eh" is about all I have to say. Keller Williams is MUCH better.

We went through this company to buy our home. the employees were very helpful in filling out all the paperwork. The offices were always very organized and super clean. On the day we had for closing the workers were very prompt in handling all the business paperwork and we just had to sign and we were on our way. Very nice people!

Perhaps the best thing I can say about COO is that I barely remember them... they just quietly took care of all the title work, we showed up, signed, and left. Really easy!!!
There's nothing remarkable about their company or their closing fees... just that everything went smooth.

Green Country isn't my favorite place to close (we do that a lot as landlords), but they get the job done. And they're SUPER conveniently located, right on 71st.
They've never botched anything up, although they did delay one of our closings (the other one we had with them was no problem).

I have enjoyed every second of living at The Remington at Memorial Apartments. It is so easy to get to anything that I want because of the location. The amenities are wonderful! They even have a movie theater that we rent out about once a month for "Girls Night!" You should check them out and ask for Katie when you visit.

Horrible! My ac broke 3 times my first 3 months there and it took them a month to fix it the final time. My shower broke, I reported it twice in the same day, twice the next day and it took 3 days to fix. My sink in the bathroom was leaking so bad it was causing the wood underneath to sink in and rot. I reported 3 times in 2 wks and it took almost a month to fix. I reported my thermostat was loose from the wall 4 times and that it was about to fall off and I moved out with it still broken. Rude managment. Does not care about their tenants. Horrible book keeping. There are currently 6 people that used to live there, that we know personally, that havce now been sent off to collections due to their poor book keeping. They cant even produce a bill for proof of charges..............This apartment complex would get half a star if I could select that as a rating....maybe 1/4

When we moved out of cobblestone apts we were on a search to find an apt that accepted LARGE pets. After looking around we found out there were only 3 in town. Avondale was one of them. The apts are very small, cozy may be a better word. Location is wonderful, off of 71st and s. Trenton, everything is right there. Our biggest problem was people not picking up after their pets so you always had to watch where you walked. The laundry is located with the office and pool area, they have plenty of wahers and dryers. If you have a bigger pet this was one of the best of the three apts.

At first appearance, The Lakes Apartments look wonderful. They are set in a beautiful little area, with trees and a stream, and look like the perfect little country apartment homes. There is definitely more than what you see....
First, The Lakes Apartments are located right at a busy intersection, you definitely must get used to dealing with lots of heavy traffic. When I lived there, there was an accident almost daily at that intersection. It was horrible trying to get in and out during busy hours.
The worst thing I experienced, while living at The Lakes is a major problem with mice. They explained it away as field mice, coming in when it got chilly. They came in, without my knowing, and put poison out for the mice. Well, I had a baby... and kept my floors spotless, because he was in the crawling stage, and was all over the floor and putting everything in his mouth. You can imagine my horror when I found mice dying on my floors... blood coming out, from the poison! I was outraged!
The Lakes is one of the higher end apartment complexes, as far as what you pay to live there. I expected much better than what I received for my money.
